Job Overview

ROLE SUMMARY

The Store Supervisor will oversee all aspects of staffing, sales, and daily operations. This position requires building and leading a dedicated, customer-focused barista team, maintaining a vibrant work environment, driving sales growth, and exemplifying an engaged leadership approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience through effective staffing, precise execution of beverage recipes, and nurturing an exceptional service atmosphere.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and adheres to food safety and equipment standards.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to uphold company standards in customer service and operational excellence.
  • Provide continuous performance feedback and development opportunities for team members, recognizing individual motivators and offering constructive guidance to enhance performance.
  • Maintain employee accountability through a structured disciplinary process.
  • Assess daily and weekly staffing needs based on business demands and create appropriate work schedules.
  • Implement diverse scheduling to foster employee growth, meet operational needs, and maximize sales potential during all business hours.
  • Contribute to the store's profitability by identifying sales opportunities and managing expenses effectively.
  • Uphold company standards in personal and store performance metrics.
  • Encourage team involvement in setting store objectives and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Ensure accurate execution of cash handling, point of sale operations, safety protocols, and other operational procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the store's operational success.
  • Exhibit regular and reliable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong auditory, visual, and verbal communication skills in a bustling environment.
  • Willingness to engage in occasional stooping and climbing activities.
