We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technology Solutions Expert to join our team at Best Buy. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility with a schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays.

About the Role

As a Technology Solutions Expert, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by recommending products and solutions that meet customers' needs. Your passion for technology and people will serve as a brand ambassador, bringing together your expertise to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing your knowledge and passion for technology with customers
  • Recommend products and solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
