Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting the dialysis treatment process.

About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide safe and effective dialysis treatments to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, performing hemodialysis machine setup, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

What You'll Do:
* Provide direct patient care and support the dialysis treatment process
* Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
* Perform hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
* Maintain accurate records of patient data and treatment outcomes
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
* Must be willing to train and work across multiple clinics as needed
* Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
