D&Y Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its growing team in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention during surgical procedures.
About the Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing general, orthopedic, endoscopic, urological, gynecological, and neuro/spine surgeries. You will prepare patients for surgery, monitor vital signs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment:
You will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of cases, including general, orthopedic, endoscopic, urological, gynecological, and neuro/spine surgeries. You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. The typical shifts available include 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, 9a-9p (except Sundays), 3p-11p (except Saturdays and Sundays), and 10-hour shifts, which are ideal but not mandatory.
