Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, including TIG and MIG welding. They will be responsible for producing high-quality parts, adhering to QMS requirements, and working safely in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
The following qualifications are essential:

1. 5+ years of experience in TIG and MIG welding
2. Ability to read prints, weld symbols, and written instructions
3. Ability to use basic inspection equipment
4. Ability to interpret drawings and welding symbols
5. Ability to lift metal parts and work efficiently to meet production rates
6. Robotic welding experience is a plus

Benefits
