Job Overview

Position: Assistant Superintendent for Residential Properties

Adamas Building Services is a leader in Residential Management, overseeing a variety of properties across New Jersey. We are currently in search of a skilled Assistant Superintendent who possesses expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC management, along with experience in vendor relationship management to ensure optimal system maintenance.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Compensation: $25.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance operations, including porters and property equipment (e.g., boilers).
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of cleaning and maintenance services to uphold the building's standards and exceed resident and management expectations.
  • Collaborate with Concierge Staff to support the Assistant Facilities Manager, ensuring all teams and systems function cohesively.
  • Perform tasks with efficiency, timeliness, and a positive demeanor, utilizing professional communication skills to foster teamwork and deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, with strong verbal communication skills tailored to meet the needs of property management, residents, and vendors.
