We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. As a Nurse Residency Program participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Attend quality and core curriculum classes to enhance your nursing knowledge and skills
- Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups to foster growth and collaboration
- Successfully complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program
- Work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team to refine your nursing skills and knowledge
- Actively participate in managing clinical situations and provide high-quality patient care
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Temporary license/Graduate Nurse licensure may be accepted upon receipt of diploma, authorization to test, and NCLEX testing date
