Seasonal Cashier PT

We are seeking a Seasonal Cashier PT to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences for customers
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stock rooms
• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Assist with Omni channel processes

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
