About the Role

This is a seasonal position that allows you to have your winters off, giving you ample time to pursue other interests while maintaining year-round benefits.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safe administration of awarded project contracts. This involves analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Prior internship, co-op, or HCSS experience is highly valued
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintaining proper licensure
  • Providing professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members
