Primary Care Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx. Our community hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all New Yorkers, regardless of their ability to pay.
Responsibilities- Train and supervise medical trainees, students, and mid-level providers in adult ambulatory services
- Participate in peer review, quality assurance, department, and division meetings, and faculty development sessions
- Work a flexible 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends, with rotating off-hours coverage
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Maintenance of affiliations with academic and professional organizations
- Annual Base Salary: $205,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified)
- Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours
- 401(k) Company Contribution: 3% immediately vested, with an additional 7% after one year of service
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement
- Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days
- Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates
- Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you

- Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs
