About the Role

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of RN Administrative Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department leaders to maintain optimal patient care and ensure facility operations run smoothly.
  • Represent Medical Center Administration in their absence, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
  • Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Provide consultation and supervision to staff, ensuring continuity of care and management activities.
  • Assess and coordinate bed availability, staffing, and special services to meet patient needs.
  • Respond to and document department incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely communication with responsible leaders.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to Vice President and Division Director, highlighting key activities and concerns.
  • Assist with specialized nursing procedures and determine the need for Divert Status with Administrator on call.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • 2 years experience providing direct patient care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
