El Especialista en Enfermería Práctica está especialmente capacitado y es responsable de evaluar a los pacientes y establecer el nivel de atención necesario para facilitar la satisfacción y el bienestar del paciente. Esto reducirá los tiempos de espera de los pacientes y aumentará el rendimiento de la clínica al ofrecer resultados saludables positivos. Este rol ayudará a minimizar el número de llamadas en los escritorios del equipo y permitirá respuestas rápidas a los pacientes en lugar de que el paciente tenga que esperar a que el equipo los llame de vuelta.

Responsabilidades Primarias:

  • Programar pacientes de manera reflexiva y precisa, asegurando la correcta colocación de citas y necesidades de tiempo.
  • Asistir a reuniones apropiadas para facilitar e informar sobre las actualizaciones continuas de la posición.
  • Experiencia con registros médicos electrónicos
  • Buen dominio del idioma inglés, gramática y ortografía
  • Ayudar al Coordinador de Salud Poblacional con sus tareas
  • Documentar en el registro de salud electrónico (EHR), evaluación de triaje, plan, implementación y evaluación, seguimiento.
  • Comunicar y colaborar con el paciente y los representantes del paciente y el equipo médico para promover objetivos y resultados óptimos y realistas.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por su supervisor
Calificaciones

Calificaciones Requeridas:

  • Licencia de LPN de Oregón actual sin restricciones
  • Certificación de RCP
  • Experiencia en EHR
  • Experiencia previa trabajando con pacientes en un entorno de atención médica; preferiblemente experiencia en oficina médica y triaje.
