This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a Clinic setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in SNF / LTC.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license within the state of practice.
