In this role, you will be tasked with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within commercial properties.
Your proficiency in both industrial and commercial electrical work will be crucial in guaranteeing the safety and operational efficiency of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices in commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to establish the layout of electrical systems
- Conduct tests on electrical systems and components to verify proper functionality
- Diagnose electrical problems and execute necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while on job sites
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead Commercial Electrician or in a comparable position
- Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing devices
- Understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Awareness of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
