About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team at Accurate ABA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify the function of behavior and develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Implement and monitor BIPs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and therapists.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • A Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Maryland License.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a behavior analyst, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
