TheraEx Therapy is a leading provider of speech-language pathology services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Hutchinson, Kansas facility.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with our team in Hutchinson, Kansas. As a Travel Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from diverse backgrounds and ages, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $96,640 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week and an estimated annual salary of $2320 per week. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including day one medical, dental, and vision coverage (full-time only), 401(k) contribution, and credentialing assistance.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology, attending continuing education courses and workshops as needed.
Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology or related field. Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Kansas. At least one year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist. Ability to provide 1 supervisory reference.
