Bridges 2 Success is seeking a skilled Program Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals who have perpetrated domestic violence to change their behavior and become productive members of society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group sessions according to program outlines and workbooks
  • Document group notes and progress reports
  • Attend clinical training and staff meetings
  • Complete minimum required qualification training and continued education
  • Provide support and guidance to participants

Requirements:

  • Formal education in a helping profession (e.g. social sciences, forensics, psychology, criminal justice, social work, education)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Computer proficiency and ability to manage administrative tasks
  • Positive team member with clear communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a helping profession
  • Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques
  • Knowledge of Domestic Violence Dynamics

  • Competitive hourly rate ($20.00-$25.00) depending on education, qualifications, and experience
