Bridges 2 Success is seeking a skilled Program Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals who have perpetrated domestic violence to change their behavior and become productive members of society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group sessions according to program outlines and workbooks
- Document group notes and progress reports
- Attend clinical training and staff meetings
- Complete minimum required qualification training and continued education
- Provide support and guidance to participants
Requirements:
- Formal education in a helping profession (e.g. social sciences, forensics, psychology, criminal justice, social work, education)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups
- Computer proficiency and ability to manage administrative tasks
- Positive team member with clear communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a helping profession
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques
- Knowledge of Domestic Violence Dynamics
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate ($20.00-$25.00) depending on education, qualifications, and experience
