- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
