Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology, LLC. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within our service organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to PSD management, PTT finance departments, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Analyze costs and identify cost savings and efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing and service organization.
Working Conditions

Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Office dress is business casual.
