Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a quick, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive excellent service, quality food, and a clean environment.
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Meet targets and help the assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

  • A competitive salary range of $17.00 to $21.00 an hour, depending on experience and location.
  • A monthly bonus opportunity based on performance.
