Job Title: Pediatric RN Infant Toddler Med Surg Unit

About the Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our Patient Care Services Team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse group of patients and their families. As an RN on our Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for providing compassionate and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other team members as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in shared decision-making activities and report directly to senior unit management.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
