About the Role

We're seeking a senior engineer to join our mixed-signal design team, where you'll be working on the next generation of NVLINK technology. As a key member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our products, which span from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement high-speed interfaces and analog circuits, with a focus on innovative integrated circuit designs at data rates of 25Gbps and higher.
  2. Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic, layout, and verification to characterization.
  3. Conduct schematic design of deep-submicron CMOS technologies using industry-standard tools like Spectre and Hspice.
  4. Take ownership of architecture, transistor design, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso.
  5. Optimize circuit performance to meet system specifications.
  6. Work closely with layout engineers to provide detailed floorplans and guidance for matching and high-speed routings.
  7. Provide support for post-silicon bring-up and debugging.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a strong analog design background.
  • 2+ years of analog design experience in industry.
  • CMOS Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design experience in deep sub-micron processes, especially in FINFET.
  • Experience with design and verification tools, including Cadence's IC design environment and analog circuit simulation tools like Spectre and HSpice.
  • Experience in crafting test bench environments for component and top-level circuit verification.
  • Behavioral modeling of analog and digital circuits.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Analog simulation for noise analysis, loop stability analysis, AC/DC/TRAN analysis, Monte-Carlo, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a great teammate.
What We Offer
