We are seeking a highly skilled General Surgeon to join our medical group at Integrity Healthcare. As a General Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, including general surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and endoscopic surgery.
Responsibilities- Perform general surgery procedures, including laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various surgical conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies
- Board certification in General Surgery
- Current licensure to practice medicine in California
- Experience in general surgery, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $350,000 - $400,000 annually
- Productivity bonus
