Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive postpartum care to new mothers, including physical and emotional support, education, and guidance.
- Assess and monitor the health and well-being of newborns, identifying any potential issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Active RN license and current certification in postpartum care.
- Minimum 18 months of experience in an acute care mother-baby setting.
