Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technician to join our team. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
