Salary is commensurate with experience and proven ability, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Learning the manufacturing operation and translating that knowledge into quoting/costing of manufactured products
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- General office administration support
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide accurate quotations. You will also be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
