**Job Overview**

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is a leading dermatology practice that provides exceptional care and services to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Dermatology Clinic Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is based in a call center/corporate office environment, where you will work closely with our billing department to provide excellent customer service and support to our patients. You will be responsible for taking telephone calls, researching and resolving issues related to medical billing, processing credit card payments, and working with insurance-related matters.

To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of one year's experience in a medical billing office setting, with knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, CPT coding, and EOB interpretation. Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills are essential, as well as related computer experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Next Gen systems.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, vacation time, and 401K. The working hours for this position are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
