Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Drainage Specialist to join our team. As a Drainage Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including clearing drains and performing whole-home plumbing inspections
- Work collaboratively with licensed plumbers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow our proven process to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
