- Implement the Nursing Process: Independently manage patient care, integrating unit- and service-wide evidence-based practice resources.
- Operate Unit-Based Technology: Safely and efficiently operate patient care technology, developing personal practice competencies and skills.
- Delegate Care Appropriately: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring continuity of care.
- Conduct Self-Assessment: Evaluate performance, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Identify Ethical Issues: Recognize and address ethical concerns in practice.
- Refer to Other Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement studies and activities, enhancing patient safety and quality measures.
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Certifications: Permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in Georgia or equivalent
The wage for this position is $33.80+ per hour.
