Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, testing, and delivering gas filled radiation detectors and associated hardware. You will also support the sales group with technical proposals and customer inquiries, and provide customer support with general technical questions, project reviews, and troubleshooting field operational issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear engineering, physics, or a related science, with experience in project or design engineering, neutron detection, and radioactive decay. Proficiency in MCNP is a plus, and familiarity with MS Office Products is required.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $110-$130k, depending on experience. If you are passionate about working in the nuclear industry and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or related science from an ABET accredited college or university.
  • Experience in project or design engineering with a focus on neutron detection and radioactive decay.
  • Familiarity with MCNP and MS Office Products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
