Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our endoscopy department.

• Assist healthcare teams during pre, intra, and post-procedure patient care, including specimen handling.
• Process and request provider orders to RNs.
• Provide psychological and social support for patients and families.
• Transport patients to and from units, as well as discharge.
• Complete thorough observations and updates when care and practice indicate a change in patient status.
• Communicate changes to RNs and report and implement corrective action as directed.
• Manage equipment and supplies, including equipment troubleshooting and sending for repair.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire.
• SGNA certification preferred.
• Recent experience as an Endoscopy Tech preferred.
