Job Title: Tax Manager

Join our team of experienced professionals at CyberCoders as a Tax Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously, coordinating engagement workflow, and developing and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on recent tax developments and communicate their implications to clients and their businesses.
  • Prepare complex client correspondence, including recommendations, technical issues, and proposals.
  • Develop expertise in one or more specialized industry areas and maintain the ability to perform efficiently as a generalist.
  • Manage client relationships, including managing expectations and meeting deliverable deadlines.
  • Research complex tax issues and direct the research activities of other staff.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients' businesses beyond tax-related aspects.
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff through professional and technical reputation and enthusiasm.
  • Recognize opportunities to provide additional services and pursue them.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on team and client issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or EA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervising and directing the work of tax staff.
