Neurosurgery Nurse Opportunity at Mass General Brigham

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurosurgery Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

  • Full-time 40-hour day position, 8am-5pm, in an outpatient setting.
  • Support and facilitate perioperative care for neurosurgical patients.
  • Obtain patient histories, pre-operative clearances, coordinate tests and consultations, and perform patient education.
  • Communicate the plan of care and other pertinent information to/from other patient care team members.
  • Coordinate involvement of the patient, family, and health team members in the patient care plan, including patient and family teaching.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant nursing experience.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN degree preferred; New Grads BSN required.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
