Neurosurgery Specialist Sought for Wisconsin Practice

We are actively recruiting a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with fellowship training in Endovascular Neurosurgery to join our team at Physician Empire in Madison, Wisconsin. As a leading multi-specialty group, we offer an exceptional opportunity to practice general Neurosurgery and contribute to the growth of our expanding Neurosurgery team.
The OpportunityBecome part of a dynamic team consisting of five well-established surgeons, one with specialized training in Endovascular Neurosurgery. Our group also includes five physician assistants and one nurse practitioner, ensuring comprehensive care for patients. We have a strong referral base from SSM Dean Medical Group's 18-county service area, serving a population of 1.3 million.
- Each Neurosurgeon performs approximately 500 cases per year.
- Our Department of Neurosurgery is located in a medical office building connected to the Hospital via skywalk.
- Current practice is at one hospital, with potential for outreach opportunities.
- We maintain a call schedule of 1:6, with a Physician Assistant on call daily.
- A Hospitalist program is in place for medical management.
Compensation package includes a $600,000 - $800,000 annual salary, guaranteed for two years, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a signing bonus. This opportunity offers a stable and rewarding career path for a skilled Neurosurgeon.
