Job Description

MBO / Cross is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, as well as electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of buildings' plumbing, electrical, and heat & air systems.
  • Maintenance and repair of DC Power Plant for all facilities.
  • Perform monthly generator maintenance.
  • Perform ground field testing on central offices and new equipment installations.
  • Establish power to new equipment.
  • Replace indoor/outdoor lighting and locks on buildings.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Contractors License.
  • Current Driver's License.

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts. The employee will occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
