Job Opportunity for Special Education Teacher

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Superior, CO area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide services for school age students ranging from grades PreK-12. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of special education experience and an active Colorado Special Education Teaching license.

Responsibilities
  • Provide special education services for students in grades PreK-12
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
  • Attend ARDs as needed and as assigned
Requirements
  • Special education teaching experience and IL SpEd licensure
  • Ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Knowledge of IEP development, including Present Levels of Academic Performance and Functional performance, writing goals and objectives
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Educators are encouraged to apply
