About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Cassia Regional Hospital in Burley, Idaho. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including preparing and handling instruments and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
  • Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician program (ORT) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
