Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by consistently executing the La-Z-Boy sales process and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure operational excellence and maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide a favorable experience to all customers by resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using various technology tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
