Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare food to order, ensuring high-quality products are fresh and ready for customers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping and cleaning the cafe area
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the cafe team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
