We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Intensivist to join our team at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac care and be proficient in managing patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, with a focus on cardiac patients
- Manage patients with IABP, Impella, and PA catheter experience
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Cardiac experience, preferably with CABG recovery immediate post-op experience
- Proficiency in CRRT (PrismaFlex) and other critical care modalities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
