**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Wellwork Operations Support: Design, plan, and provide engineering execution support to wellwork operations post-completion, inclusive of drillouts, remedial workovers, and plug and abandonment scope.
  • Cost and Scope Management: Liaise with Production Engineering to provide cost and scope for opportunity evaluation.
  • Artificial Lift Systems: Develop procedures and provide design input to artificial lift systems.
  • Operations Interface: Interface with Operations for rig scheduling, execution support, and troubleshooting.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with specialist contractors and suppliers for cost and equipment readiness.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor daily progress of wellwork operations, track daily costs, and recommend cost-effective changes where necessary; travel to company-designated sites when necessary.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Support wellwork spend forecasting and budget preparation.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Track, analyze, and continually improve wellwork execution efficiency; manage contractor performance; steward Wellview data quality.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in engineering required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years O&G experience; 3+ yrs direct wellwork experience (Permian preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel to well locations to oversee operations when necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Wellview; Spotfire, PowerBI, or other analytics exposure preferred.
