Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Winters Sheet Metal Inc DBA Winters Heating & Cooling. This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible scheduling, career advancement opportunities, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • System Installation and Repair: Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify potential opportunities for additional business and exercise sales abilities to sell new units.
  • Customer Service: Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issues are at hand.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 Years experience in trouble shooting, with proven work record
  • Nate Certified; CFC license
  • Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner
