Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Perioperative Unit Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the clinical functions of the perioperative unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ASC Coordinator to develop and implement the department's mission, vision, values, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Independently assess the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families, and develop and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Work jointly with physicians and staff to develop and implement safe and effective care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Main O.R. or ASC setting, with a proven track record of excellence in RN clinical care.
  • Ability to work in each O.R. setting at a high level as an RN Circulator, PACU, and Pre-Op nurse.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
