Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Michigan. As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Intermediate/Stepdown Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and change the care plan as needed.
  • Interpret and perform complex patient care procedures specific to your ability.
  • Collaborate with the care team to conduct patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
  • Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse.
  • BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain BSN within 5 years.
  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • BLS.
  • ACLS required for the following departments: Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency.
