Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the Clay Design & Material Gallery.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors to the office
  • Answering and directing phone calls, and fielding questions from callers
  • Scheduling meetings, client visits, appointments, and company events
  • Managing mail and packages, including receiving, sorting, and delivering
  • Providing administrative support to team members, such as preparing meeting rooms and operating office equipment
  • Maintaining calendars, stocking rooms, processing invoices, paying bills, and decorating for holidays
  • Maintaining showroom organization and cleanliness
  • Providing sales support, including logging new customers, sending out packages and flyers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
