Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician (XRT RAD) for part-time or full-time Per Diem/PRN assignments in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as an X-ray Tech and possess a strong understanding of radiologic principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Develop and process X-ray films, as well as maintain accurate records of patient images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements

  • 1 year of recent X-ray Tech experience in a clinical/hospital setting
  • Active NY State Radiology license and ARRT certificate required
  • Current BLS Certification required
