Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding care to patients in their residences. Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a qualified Home Health RN for a fulfilling contract assignment.

Key Information:

  • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional weekend and on-call responsibilities
  • Compensation: Negotiable based on regional budget
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k after 90 days
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Available

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized care plans
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures
  • Educate patients and their families on care practices and health management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient care and progress accurately
  • Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend shifts
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in North Carolina
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health
  • Familiarity with Homecare Homebase
  • Proficient in Oasis documentation
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits
  • Completion of onboarding requirements upon offer

Note: This position is a contract role, and candidates must have prior home health experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
