We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients in ambulatory settings.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 1 year of relevant experience in ambulatory care or a related field.
- ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT certifications preferred.
