Job Overview:

We're seeking highly motivated and experienced HVAC technicians to join our team as we disrupt the residential HVAC industry. As a key member of our installation crew, you'll play a crucial role in helping us prototype and refine our processes and procedures. You'll be responsible for leading teams of HVAC technicians and electricians to install high-quality heat pump systems that meet our exacting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assemble teams of HVAC technicians and electricians to install heat pump systems

  • Install new heat pump systems with a focus on quality and efficiency

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent installation and communication skills

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including our warehouse and vehicles

  • Streamline the installation process to ensure high-quality results and meet our standards

  • Collaborate with sales teams to finalize scope of work and assess feasibility and pricing

  • Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading HVAC teams and installing heat pump systems

  • NATE certification in HVAC preferred, with Section 608 Certification also a plus

  • BPI certification a nice-to-have, with strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics, with familiarity with building codes and regulations

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
