Key Responsibilities- Operational Case Management: Acts as an operational case management liaison with the vendor and works to connect appropriate teams in support of requests, initiatives, etc.
- Business Relationship Management: Maintains and leverages ongoing business relationships with internal departments to facilitate business goals and objectives, including but not limited to: Analytics, Ambulatory Care Coordination Team and Post-Acute Leadership Team.
- Leadership and Team Management: Recruits, motivates, develops, and retains a superior functional leadership team. Implements a management system that is customer-focused, encourages efficiency and automation, drives performance, and effectively develops and rewards key team members.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintains an ongoing awareness of select regulatory requirements to ensure compliance such as: CoP for discharge planning, CMS two midnight rule, Department of Health and Senior Services requirements, state regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge and Innovation: Maintains knowledge of latest best practices and industry insights related to case management for purposes of continued strategic planning and innovation. Supports leadership in strategic planning, innovation, goal setting and other areas.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Seven years' experience with five in leadership
- Professional License and/or Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State or Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
